Factory Emergency Brake Cable tie down part#??

I've heard rumors that there is a factory part that clips on to a rear control arm and holds the emergency brake cable away from the rim. Just mounted 18" wheels and the cable is touching the wheel. I know I can use plastic tie downs but if there is a factory part I would prefer to use that. Anyone??

From what I've read, and my car included, most use a healthy cable tie or two to hold the brake cable back from rubbing. It's the only way if you're using 18 x 10s to keep it from rubbing that I'm aware of.
