This ad has to be fake!

I mean, that has to be fake right? A 911 GT3-RS 2007 at THAT PRICE??? That's a giveaway, by anyone's standards. If not, I say get rid of your savings for the bad economy and treat yourselves to one of these!

I'll call them today. If it's true, I just bought a 911. Let you know.

I bet the (1) was supposed to be a something else (7 perhaps).
That is just insane.

I would wager that they left off the first "1". A nearly new GT3RS would still be north of $100K.

Brucelee 11-18-2008 05:48 AM

Yes, that would be an error.

On the other hand, maybe you have to send your funds to a bank in Nigeria?

:D

The car is on their website. The price is $159,770 not $16,770. The phone number doesn't match their 800 number so it could be a typo or it could be a scam by someone using their company name (I just saw a scam like that on Auto Trader recently).

Actually, the price is correct. The car has 7599 miles on the track and the last mile in a wall. :D

A little polish and it will buff right out.

That might be the price of a test drive.

Jaxonalden 11-18-2008 06:44 PM

That's an easy flip if you can get them to sell at that price, maybe they'll have to sell at the advertised price.

I will soon! Decided to turn myself into a bank and get a slice of the $700B. It can't fail.

LB,

Straight from you but a little askew from Silver Arrow. I'm a T&A kind of guy, heavy on the T.
