new guy with questions
 

i just bought my 06 boxster with low kilometres and i'm the third owner. when locking the doors with the remote on the one key the doors locks click but i don't get a beep... is this normal? or is this a feature which can be changed to suite the customer.

the remote on the second key does not work at all, which likely requires reprogramming, does this mean a trip back to the dealer only ?

unless it changed between MY

no beep = good/secure
beep = something not shut/secure

car will also beep if factory radio has been removed regardless of if everything has been shut/secured

this is fixable though by a car audio knowledgeable person
