Hawk Brake Pads

It's been suggested that I try Hawk HT-10 pads for the track on my '00 Boxster S. I assume they'll work fine there, but I'm curious to know if anyone has also used them on the street and, if so, how were they?

Thanks,

Art

the HT-10 is a track only brake pad. if you use them on the street they will crumble since they take a lot of effort to get up to temp and will destroy themselves when below temp.

I used a set and made the mistake of leaving them in after a trackday for a week. it was an expensive lesson to not be lazy.

the HPS is their street pad... IF you manage to get those to fade then move on to the HP+ you won't fade those on the street.

I used the Blues on the track and they worked well. They work on the street as well, but make so much dust (and cost so damn much) that I'd never leave them on.
