help on setting market price for Box

I am entertaining selling my 2000 box and considering what price to expect considering the engine swap. I am the 2nd owner & bought in 2004 at 37k miles.

stats:
2000 Arctic Silver Box
Sport Design Package
Sport Seats
CD Changer
The storage box thing behind the roll bars
M490 Sound system
67,xxx miles

Mods:
swaped in 2001 carrera 3.4l motor at 53k miles. Motor had 31k miles
Revo custom software for ECU
Supersprint Boxster S headers/200cell cats
Instant G Muffler (it sounds like a cup car hehe)
M030 Sway bars
Factory 18" 5 spoke Lt Wts with correct Boxster offsets
AASCO Lt Wt fly added during engine swap with new clutch
Factory Xenons
Evosport Intake
Factory GT3 front bumper cover
Factory Boxster S brakes
Factory Carbon Fiber Interior (except steering wheel and Instrument surround)
B&M shifter

have Roock (H&R) coilovers sitting in garage waiting for install which could be included in the deal

It runs like a top and goes like a bat outta hell. Just passed Cali smog last week.

Exterior is in good condition except for some rock chips in hood. Car is garaged.

I need estimates for a reasonable asking price. I was thinking getting 27k would be the absolute max possible, getting 18~20k should be easy, and something in between probably reasonable.

I dont need to sell, but am testing the waters.

TIA

It looks like the blue book and on a '00 with that kind of mileage is around $20k. I think that you could get $25k for it. The only problem would be waiting for the right buyer. It might take some time to find some one who want a Boxster that tricked out.

My bet

is $19k. Your mods, while impressive, will appeal only to a limited audience and you never ever get anything like full cost back on mods. So you can price it anywhere ...high and hope for the perfect fit (which could come along the first day) or set the price at slightly less than stock and hope for a wider audience because of the price point.

There is a 98 over on the another forum's classifieds with a 3.4 that has been for sale for a month priced at $20.9k. More a classic in mods than yours sounds like it is.
