Rear Trunk Doesn't Open

OldBlevins Registered User Join Date: May 2007 Location: Puget Sound Posts: 176	Rear Trunk Doesn't Open My front trunk (and everything else) works fine - but the rear trunk wouldn't open this morning. I lift the lever and there's no resistance. The key remote also doesn't release it. Anybody know what's likely the problem and if a person with moderate mechanical skills can fix it himself? __________________ - Jim 2000 Boxster S, Speed Yellow, Michelin AS/3 tires, 60,000 miles... ... and climbing.
