coolant water pump

hi
bought 2000 2.7 85000 miles changed oil immediatly in first week pulled up spat out coolant under drivers rear wheel topeed up with holts universal antifreeze about 1.5 gallons bled it and had to top up daily next two days. Then pulled up and water pump was leaking. Could this be due to mixing antifreeze as i have now read topics on proper coolant for boxster . Any am in UK and would like to know which antifreeze to use as will be flushing system when changing water pump most of what i'm reading are usa brands please help guess i'm learning the hard way

the antifreeze did not cause your leak. drain the system, replace the water pump, and fill it up w/ porsche or mercedes benz coolant. there are others you can use, do a search here.
