That's exactly what she said when I told her what I'm getting...and yes, the pride is going to get hurt big time if I have to get a economical rice burner

but I forgot to mention that we also have 04' Lancer Bone Stock in the driveway :dance:

the Z28 is my first choice too

If I was going to get a daily driver in the sub-$5k range I would look at a 914 or 944. But since you probably want something that is more reliable, I would look at a Toyota or a Honda, forget the Chevy and anything with a lot of miles unless you want to spend another few thousand on repairs.

Reliability..yes, I agree..Toyota or Honda but i got Lancer already that's still holding strong.

Plase don't let my wife convince me to get a 01 Toyota Sienna that's loaded with all the options, 4 leather quad chair, 103k mi. for the same price...noooooooo :ah:
