Convertible Parts Issue

I just had some convertible top repairs done today at the local Porsche dealership, and when I picked it up I noticed they scratched the exterior black plastic parts on both the driver and passenger side. I pointed it out to the service representative. They didn't even tell me about it or try to fix it before I picked it up! Now I have to take it back to have the parts sanded and painted. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this. He said they do not sell these parts. Is this true? Is that the only way to fix the parts? Please advise.
