Removing Front Crest Nuts..

Hi all,

I recently had my front crest stolen.. right in my drive way..
and they didn't only toke the emblem.. they also scratched my paint with their damn screwdriver..

I went buy a crest from the dealership.. 100$cnd later I'm ready to install it..

Toke the 8mm ratchet, unscrew.. it turn but dosn't come out.. it just like turn there for ever, I tried to turn both side while pulling and pushing on both side and on the top part remaining there from the crest.. (and yes I tried to hold the upper part with a visegrip so it don't turn with it)

This is what the nuts look like under the hood

In the Bentley Service Manual and in every forum they just say to unscrew it with a 8mm.. Maby the nuts here are not the originals ones?.. Also I saw that on the OEM crest I just bought, there is no threading.. are they nuts that selftread the pin? or are they some special kind of one-way locking nuts.. ?
They call them 'speed nuts' in the manual..

I need some help on this one.. thanks
