Temperature Gauge

My Temperature gauge stays around 180 degrees when the car is warmed up, I think this is proper anyone have a thought on this? Thanks

It's in the owners manual, that the needle should stay around 180°.

About 205-215 here. Mostly on 90+ degree days, especially with a/c going. We had 89 - 96 degree days this weekend. It will stay around 180 on cooler days... is this too high?

Even during the Texas summer my temp needle hovers between the 8 and 0 of 180. 205 - 215 sounds high.

Mine rarely passes the 0 in 180. (Now that I got my water pump fixed)

Mine is normally just a tick past the 0 when fully warm.

I just replaced my water pump and I filled with distilled to make sure there were no leaks. No leaks but temp is running right in the middle. I think that is a little higher than normal. What should I do to correct this. Here is a pic below.

My car has run with the needle in the center of the 8 since new (68,000 miles ago).
