What brand of tire came with the 01 Bx-S?

I'm looking at one with claimed low miles and figure I can get a clue on how hard it was run by seeing if it has the same rubber it came with...
but I don't know what the brand shod the 17" wheels. Any thoughts?

.....from reading other posts. The rear's are cooked no matter how heavy your right shoe is fairly soon, but - all clues are good clues.

Porsche uses more than one brand of tire.

I think the OE tires are typically (but probably not always) Continental, Pirelli or Michelin. If you see something like Kumho or Yokohama, they are not "original".
Porsche-approved tires also carry an "N" rating as I recall. This is a big deal to some folks, and not to others.

17" Conti's on my snows & 18" Carrera alloys Michelin Pilots for my summer tires.

In several European Porsche magazines, I read that Porsche is now putting Michelin Pilot Sport 2 on their cars (997/987) and the latest 996 GT2. Either it's a new trend - or just for journalist's cars, but this is what they observed....
