Love your humor! You sound like me, I am an old (59 and holding) muscle car head, always tinkering trying for more performance. This is my first Porsche. I almost purchased a 97 model but it seemed to underpowered. This 2000 model I purchased seems like a whole different cat. I truly believe it is as fast as my 1999 Mustang GT.
