How can I get rid of the amber in my front lights?

I've got the clear/red tails on the way. I've found some clear side markers on ebay, but how do I get rid of that orange triangle?

Thanks
Nick

You cant, You have to buy the newer clear halogens like I just di. or the pricier litronics.

The headlight is two parts: the headlight and the small corner triangle.
The triangle can be replaced in clear for about $40-60.
The actually headlight (which also has amber) must be completely replaced to eliminate the amber (about $900+ a set used). You can either replace that entire part with clear halogens, or lit.'s.
Some people have also, used black spray tint, and various other methods to cover the amber without replacing their headlights.

You can paint over them with spray tint in whatever color you need. They can match your car color at a decent body shop and the light will still pass through. Or take a look at Gary in BR's lights

There is a way to remove the INNER amber reflector from the newer clear headlights for a completely clear look, But it sounds like you have the earlier headlights were the amber is part of the lens itself. If this is correct, as others have mentioned, you cannot get rid of it without replacing the headlights.

The above link has good DIY mod instructions as well as examples of both types (early & late) of headlights.
