Do I need to change the exhaust manafold bolts with new headers?

You guys are the best, thanks. I bought the exhaust and headers from Maxspeed Motorsports so maybe the longer bolts will be needed. I took a look and they are pretty rusted so I'm going to have to replace those along with any other rusted bolts.

I should supply the neighborhood with earplugs for the amount of cursing that will go on while I fight with it.

Spray the bolts liberally with some of that stuff in a can that loosens rusty bolts up so well and let it sit overnight before you tackle it. That's what my mechanic did on my car when he did a header replacement.

Sorry, but I can't remember the name of the stuff for the life of me right now!
