You should get under there and take a look at your headers and the bolts. When I replaced my headers I also replaced the bolts because they were rusted pretty bad. With any luck yours might be in better shape.
The OEM bolts are M8x1.25x28 which is not a readily available size. The 28 is the length in millimeters. The eBay headers I bought had a thicker flange than the stock ones so I went to an auto parts store and bought 12 M8x1.25x30 bolts for about a dollar each. The local Porsche dealer wanted $3 each.

If you are replacing your headers in the near future, good luck. I had a hell of a time getting the header/catalytic converter flange bolts off. The rusted header bolts turned out to be the easy part.
