I love #1. I saw it also on e-bay. Great minds think alike. I think it's on sale on e-bay and is still from Suncoast. :D Actually its only $9.00 cheaper on e-bay but after you add the shipping its about the same.

Hey TriGem,

I like 'em all (although that doesn't help you), but I would need you to post a pic of your current interior. I don't remember what it looks like.

TriGem2k 01-24-2008 10:29 AM

I will post pictures of my interior once I get my car back from the Shop. I am having new brakes / calipers put on as well as having the speedster humps installed.

I currently have this shift knob...

With the standard black E-Brake Handle.

Some guy was selling a used Ebrake handle like that on LA Craigslist a month ago for only about $120 or $150.

item #1
thats the one I bought a little bit ago and i love the way it looks...altho that pirce is kinda steep..I accidentally found it on craigslist the dude was selling it for $100, and I thought that was much haha ( I had no idea its actually over 300 bucks!)

dcporsche99 01-24-2008 02:36 PM

Well, in that case I would vote for #1.

If its a daily driver go with #2, it will stay "new looking" longer than option #1, and easier to clean.

bmussatti 01-24-2008 02:55 PM

TriGem, is #2 carbon fiber? Do you have other CF in the interior?

I like #1 best.

TriGem2k 01-24-2008 03:00 PM

@ PL - Its not a daily driver but what do you mean by "New Looking". They are both Black and Alluminum. #1 just has that "loop" around PORSCHE.

@Bmuss - No #2 is not CF. It comes in regular black / Alluminum. Looks like that site posted a variation of types you can order.

Yo TriGem2k,

Dude get the 1st,it's more unique.

kbrandsma 01-24-2008 09:00 PM

#1 in Savanna Beige

TriGem2k 01-24-2008 09:17 PM

Just ordered Item #1 in black. Never thought I'd spend 343 for a brake handle........

Go with #1

#2 Has no leather which is ideal for a brake lever. The nicks and scratches on dark leather start to pile up quickly. I have the Carbon/aluminum Shifter which I bought from Suncoast as well, they're pretty cool I'm sure if you change your mind they'll have no problem with it.
I replaced the center console with an ALuma look one (Ebay, originaly from Bumperplugs). I've been meaning to replace the brake lever as well to finish the 'upgrade prjoject' but I'm waiting for a cheap one to pop up on Ebay.
I'm looking to replace the door pocket lids with Carbon ones that aren't a zillion dollars.
