Did you get the update kit part # 000.044.900.41 ? If so, whats in the kit besides the headlights?

Are wiring changes like a special harness needed?

you don't need anything, just slide your stock ones out and slide these in.
then just make sure they are aimed right, thats mentioned in your user manual for the car

[QUOTE=djomlas]...im not gonna sell the stock lights, although the orange does come off.../QUOTE]

What do you mean? You can remove the orange from your headlights? How? Is there a DIY post on this? I've replaced the side markers, added clear taillights, and a smoked third brake light. The only amber left on the car is on my headlights. I'd buy clear ones but I just can't afford it right now.

Tim,

http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=178

This hack is only for litronics, 996 or 2003 Boxster 'clear' lights, which have clear triangles. If you have lights with the amber on the headlight cover then this hack is not for you as you cannot remove the amber. Only on the clear lights with an internal amber lense.
