Battery disconnected with left door opened and window fully raised

Good afternoon to everybody

First able HAPPY NEW YEAR to all the Porsche fanatics......

I have a problem with my Boxster...I was replacing my climate control unit.....
I had disconnected the battery first...but my left door was opened and the window fully closed !!!!!!!!!!

Now when I reconnect the battery...I cannot lower the window to close the door...
Nothing works.......Anybody knows how I can reinitialise the alarm /car, please?

Thanks so much
michel

Have you tried using the key to unlock and lock the doors?

Have you checked your fuses?

After the battery has been disconnected you need to run the windows all the way up and down a few times.

when my battery died I opened my door and then couldnt close it because of the window being up. What you have to do is this, in your fuse box there is a yellow fuse pull it out connect your jumper to it positive then ground on the door hinge and that will give you the current you need to pull it down a bit. This is assuming you have no current, if you do and your window is not moving then it is prob definitly the fuse.
