Looks great! The before picture looks good to me as well.
Your hood crest looks brighter. Was it replaced or is it just the pictures?

Did you (or the body shop) install the high-beam electronics or just plug-n-play?

Thanks, Its just the pictures that make it look brighter, I might be changing it to a silver hood crest.

The bodyshop installed them but I havent installed the high beam control box, the lights however do have a halogen High beam that turns on like a normal high beam, only difference is the control box will allow the HID light to work in conjunction with the high beam

I'd like to put a pic of my car in the sig, looks like it'a some sort of private club or I don't know the secret to the process.

You have to upload the sig you made to a host like Photobucket.com and then copy the IMG code to the image you uploaded to Photobucket, then come back to the forum and in your account settings, you need to paste the IMG code in your Signature. Then it'll automatically appear in every post you make and have made in the past.

I'm liking those turbo-look wheels a lot these days and wonder what my car would look like with them on it.
Actually, I'd rather just have a 997TT with those turbo rims on it.

 Yeah. That would be better.

These turbo wheels? They would be hot. Wheel Dynamics has 'em for $1300. And, you could sell your lightweights to CJ.

You owe that thief a drink, because if he hadnt prompted you by nicking your lights you'd still have the before picture. And not the lovely result you have now.

That colour really is so beautiful under the sun, Lapis Blue??

my dads old 01 Carrera 4 was that colour, spectacular.

Don't know if I'd be inviting the theif back for a drink yet. As someone said in your other post about the headlites being stolen, are you doing anything to prevent a repeat performance? Your perp knows you can't be driving without headlights, so if he needs another pair he knows where to get them. He'll hit the jackpot this time. Found a garage yet?
Sorry to rain on the love fest, but it's important to remember how we got here in the first place.

			CJ-
Happy ending compared to when you walked out and saw the holes where your old lights were, huh?

Go for the clear front bra ASAP to protect that new paint job and then go for the 18 Carrera lighweights and your '97-99 boxster will visually be a 2004!!!!

 Good luck,

Yah and after im drunk they will probably steal my car LOL but i know what you mean, i ended up way better off. Plus it pays to have a low deductible, i may just pay the extra 20 bucks a month to get a $0 deductible.

Yeah under the sun the color is great, Its Ocean Blue. Lapis looks alot like Ocean except from certain angles, Ocean will look purple on certain panels depending on the angle as where Lapis will always look blue from any angle.

I did end up changing my mind from Lightweights into Turbo II's now. They look hot, Ill probably end up painting them before installing them... maybe paint my calipers Yellow and the wheels charcole or the same color as the wheels on the 550 Special Edition 986 Boxsters. That would look nice.

Thanks! Yeah bought the litronics that a forum member found for me on Craigslist, For $1300, I got a set of Used litronics with about an honest 10k miles on them, Control Box with Wireharness. Havent installed the control box, Im saving that for a weekend install. You can find them on ebay for $1300 but with out the control box, They work without it, and the high beam works too, control box just uses the Halogen high beam along with the HID beam... itll point the HID beam alittle higher to aid the halogen high beam when you want to use the Highs.
