mooresports in Austin?

I am looking for a good shop to do flywheel and clutch work in the Austin area.
Mooresports say they can do it but they will not let me use my parts, I have to buy them from them.

Has anyone used them before? Got a better solution?

Thanks,
James

You might want to call these guys. I hear they are pretty good. My box is going in on monday for tune up and to get some headers installed. Someone on the forum said they'd been working on Porches for 30 years.

thanks i will give them a call. Let us know about the headers, I will be doing that next.

How much are they chargeing you, which type are you getting?
Are you going to wrap them? I have heard of a few fires from the cheaper headers.

I also recommend Matt at TPWS. He honest and affordable -- which I value a lot. My Box is brand new, but I used to take my former 928 into Matt all the time.

I heard he's thinking about moving his shop out to Marc and Melissa's place:

At a recent HCRPCA lunch Marc told me Matt does all the work on his 40 993's.

cheers,
Dennis
