Airbag light is ON!!! Help!
I tried resetting the airbag with the durametric tool that I just bought for my 2002 boxster S 6speed
However, it wouldn't reset the codes. The codes that it gave me were 1 Airbag Warning Light 3 Supply Voltage 195 Control Module Faulty What do all these mean? |
i have the airbag light on my audi a4, the local garage can,t reset it either, apparently it's main dealer only on my audi, as it's up to their descresion to whether or not it should be turned off (incase it has been accident damaged), if your light came on as a genuine electrical fault as did mine then they may reset it

the durametric tool that I have can reset the airbag light, but of course the problem has to be fixed first.
I just want to know what the problem is and how to fix it. Those are the codes that it gave me when I plugged it in. I thought it was gonna say faulty seat belt connector, which is what I have been hearing mostly around the board with the airbag light going off. |
Is this a recall? I found the TSB on the subject. Do I have to pay for it or porsche?

I don't know if this applies to pcars, but last week on my civic, I had an SRS light fixed. My battery had gotten weak and could not output the required power for the airbag system to work and as a result, the system read as failed.
