I agree with the 5 minutes. The first time it probably took me more like 15 minutes, but once you learn the sequence you can cut that down a lot. Biggest problem is probably prying the cable ends loose. The first couple of times were a bit of a bugger, easier after that. No tools required, just your fingers.
One thing you might want to be careful of if you are monkeying around engine, is to make sure you do not push the throttle cable off the metal shoe that it runs over. The engine will start, but all you will have available to you is idle speed.
