Id suggest the OEM beru's. I doubt there is any "long life" spark plug. How long a plug lasts is largely due to your engine. A bad engine can leave deposits, glaze, or many other things to plugs.

I think they say change every 60 or 90 thousand miles. But mine looked fine when I changed them at 90K (dont know if they have been changed before, but the ones that came out were OEM)

Way good enough for me. I though the wrong plug was going to have me tugging on the sc in a year or 2...
