I am also somewhat leaning to no frames; although, I am not strong one way or another.

Frames
 

Since Jorge fixed the issue I have been badgering him about, I don't mind the frames as much. Before the fix the pages were breaking for me (forced to scroll sideways) on my laptop at 800X600.

With that fixed, I find it all much more usable. Frames or no frames, I can go either way I guess. Generally I would lean towards none though.
