got wheels in....now need freggin 25mm spacers...wtf

does anyone else think this is too big of a spacer?
the rim, without the tire mounted, is hitting the shock....and other parts back there...

btw, just how much space will there need to be between the the 2, shock and the edge of the wheel?

i will be putting a 275/40/18 tires on the back, they are 10in wide, BUT, when measured from edge to edge, it measures 11.

place that sold them to me is telling me that there is no way that i need a spacer that big, but i measured and measured, and even went trough the painof taking some washers, stacking them together, and putting the wheel on, and with about 22 or so millimeters it clears the shock. i just don't see how a 7mm will do...weird.

any input, or place to get a set, IF they don't provide me with one, because i called them a few times and were still kinda going back and forth that they sold me wheels that STATE they will fit a boxster, and yet they do not.

well actually they said that its ok, but i gotta wait 3 WEEKS, # WEEKS, wtf, to get them delivered to me...
