Lighting system woes

Morning guys. I have a couple of issues going on:

1. My driver's side headlight went out last night. I replaced the light, but now none of the lights on that side work.

2. My front turn signals don't work at all, though the back ones are fine. They worked perfectly yesterday, but since issue #1, I get nothing. I checked the fuse, which turned out to be just fine. Is there a solenoid I should check?

3. When I turn on my foglights (which also don't work anymore, on either side), I get a strange buzzing sound that seems to be comming from behind the light "dial." The buzzing stops if I push the dial back in to run my headlights without my fog lights.

I did some searching on the forum, but didn't come up with anything related. If anyone has experienced any of this, or suggestions on things to try out before I break down and go to the dealer, it'd be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like the headlight assembly is reinstalled incorrectly.

There is a plug on the back of the assembly that has to fit into another plug built into the cars headlight mounting bracket.

Sounds like the headlight assembly(ies) are not installed correctly. Meaning, the wires aren't connected.

Also be sure that when you replace your low beam, you're replacing the right bulb! The low beams are on top, the high beams are on the bottom. I've heard of several people getting them backwards. The bulbs are not the same, at least if you have the Litronic headlights. (I believe the non-Lits are all H7 bulbs, but still, replacing a good bulb with a good bulb, and leaving the bad one results in no change)

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the help guys! I checked and you were right, the assembly wasn't quite in all the way. On the passenger side, the little bolt you use to lock in the headlight (I don't know the technical term for it) is completely stripped. I think I'm going to go ahead and replace all the lights and the mount housing.

On the driver's side, the connector was out of place. It locks in with a little yellow clip of sorts. I was able to just put it in the right way with no issues.
