Great Service!
In case any of you are undecided about who to buy detailing products from, I wanted to share this experience. I ordered some stuff from jeffswerkstatt.com and when fedex came to deliver it, our front gate was closed. They left it out in the street and it was stolen before we got home.
I e-mailed jeffswerkstatt and explained the problem. I got a reply within 15 minutes that said they would take care of the claim and the reshipping. The next day I got another e-mail saying they had done that and had re-shipped my order.
Wow!
