215 or 225 tires in front?

The stock size 205/50-17 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 is back ordered everywhere for the last several months. Not knowing when they'll have new stock, I'm thinking of 215 or 225 which are currently available. With OEM set up I'm pretty satisfied as I can bring the rear end out most times when I want with the gas pedal.

The 215/45 is 1.7% smaller, will that impact PSM much?

225/45 is perfect almost, only .2% smaller. But that's a big tire for a 7 inch rim. I am already rounding off the shoulders on the stock 205's. 225's would give me more sidewall flex and tend to roll over more?

Thoughts?
