Wheel Help

My neighbor has a 2000 Boxster and his father hit a curb hard and damaged rear left inside rim. It obviously needs replacement. What are his options?

What kind of wheels does he have? Post some pictures please...that will help us let you know if the wheel can be fixed or where he can find a replacement wheel or where he can get a killer deal on a set of brand new wheels.

For ease of shopping, if it is a factory wheel and cannot or should not be repaired, try a local dealer or www.wheelenhancement.com

Can he purchase 1 rim somewhere?

Here's a guy selling an entire set:

http://norfolk.craigslist.org/pts/398969016.html

Shipping to Seattle may be expensive. Have him remove the tires before shipping and it will save bulk and weight.

Make him an offer for one and see what you can work out or search Craigslist locations near you.

Good luck.
