I seriously doubt than you would get pulled over solely for having a windshield mounted GPS. Plus, if you do get pulled over just take it down right in front of the cop, then he can't ticket you.

Kavlono, do you have Sport Chrono? I made a GPS mount for my Garmin, and suction-cupped it to the dial on my Sport Chrono.
