Bentley Manual

I thought there were a couple of people besides me who were looking for the Bentley repair manual for the Boxster. Bentley has the in stock again for those who are looking.

Thanks for the heads up, I've been looking for one and couldn't find one in stock anywhere.

I'm looking for one. Amazon still says unavailable.

Pricey, but I've been waiting for a while so I went a head and ordered one this morning.

I had ordered one from this site for $89.85 including shipping:
http://www.auto-repair-manuals.com/

They charged my credit cars last Friday I assumed that it had shipped. When I called yesterday they said it would probably be in stock this week or next. I cancelled the order and went to Bentley and they had them ready to ship. Like MTS I had waited a long time(since May) and didn't want to fool with it anymore. I imagine that within two weeks most of the other places will have a stock for shipment.

I just order one too. Thanks for the headsup

I ordered that thing from Amazon about three months ago, still hasn't shipped.
Forgot what I paid think it was like $70. I decided to get it since I wasn't going to do my 40K servicing with an independent mechanic without allot of Pcar experience and for future repairs.

Did Amazon charge you already?

Looking at the Bentley website, I don't see where they say they have the manual "IN STOCK", or perhaps the fact I can buy one now means it's in stock? I sure don't want to be waiting for weeks or months for one.

KDub, I called Bentley. When I gave her the pub number on which I was checking she knew right away what I meant. I don't think she had time to get it in the computer so she must have been happy too.

I had one on order from Bentley last June and didn't cancel it until July. They never charged my card. I had one at Amazon that was there for about six weeks before I cancelled and they never charged my card. In my long searches for a manual I had three companies that charged my card when it was out of stock but all three credited my account when I cancelled my order.

I consider charging my card before shipping a minor crime anyway and charging it while out of stock is enough to warrant cancelling the order.

Keep Checking Amazon

I kept checking Amazon daily and after the 3rd day, one was available for $45.00 and I purchased it. 3 days letter I had it at my doorstep.
