BUT, the driver's side is the one with the airbox & filter so it is most liekly designed to pull more air into it. Most people think that when the fan kicks on and you can hear it on the passenger side that it's extracting hot air, but if you hold up a paper towel, you will see it is actually pulling air into it for more cooling. If you don't believe me, try it yourself.

Also to note, I'm a believer that ram air scoops will add a few more hp. Especially because the stock side air vents the bottom 2 vents are blocked off and dont allow any air in, so allowing this portion of air in maybe 20% more air from there, and 20% more from teh actual scoop / sticking out farther, would be essentially 40% more air coming in or roundabouts.
