It's just you.
Well maybe not. I seem to recall the shape of the vent on the inside are different on each side. BUT, the driver's side is the one with the airbox & filter so it is most liekly designed to pull more air into it. Most people think that when the fan kicks on and you can hear it on the passenger side that it's extracting hot air, but if you hold up a paper towel, you will see it is actually pulling air into it for more cooling. If you don't believe me, try it yourself.
