Is it a tough job to replace the top?

I don't like the color of my top and am seriously thinking about buying a black Haartz Sonnendeck (Twillfast) Black Canvas Replacement Cloth Top with Defroster Glass window for $655 shipped on ebay (Item number: 320145317413). Does this sound like a quality item at a fair price or does someone have a better and less costly option. Has anyone replaced their top and was it a difficult job. How long does it usually take? I would like to save the money and do it myself if its simple enough. Any ideas or feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
