Yup. Gummi Pfledge is made to keep the rubber from freezing during winter but will also quiet things down. I still have some left from my M3 days so a tube will go a long ways.

There's another trick where you can use talcum powder. I've never tried talcum myself but it might be better than getting the windows "greasy" with the Gummi Pfledge.
