A friend mentioned to me that Costco.com has the new Magellan 4050 navigation system on sale for $500. After checking around, that looked to me to be by far the best price. It has voice recognition and I gather it can transmit its instructions to your car radio. Its database also includes restaurants by type, coffee vendors, etc.
I think the sale ends this Friday. I couldn't resist and ordered one. I mean, it had been over A MONTH since I'd gotten a new toy for the Boxster.
