What's left to cause a Check Engine Light?

I was wondering what could possibly be left to cause my Check Engine Light to go on.

I have had the mass airflow sensor replaced, a defective catalytic converter replaced, and a bad oil filler neck replaced.

The funny thing is that I had my 75000 mile service done a few weeks ago and the car is running great.

Thankfully, I have a good warranty but man the silly things like this can be agravating.
