Roof transport system and luggage box quesions
 

HI,

I was just able to pick up the Boxster (986) roof transport system. However, it is the transport system only and does not include the roof box for luggage. The cheapest I have been able to find the roof box is $622.00 at Sunset Imports. Does anyone know of anywhere to get one cheaper? I tried LA Porsche Dismantlers and Oklahoma Foreign and neither of those places with recycled parts get them in. It doesn't have to be new, just used and undamaged would be fine for me. Anyone have one they want to part with that is just gathering dustthat they would sell for a reasonable price?? Does anyone know of other alternatives to the roof box that would work in conjunction with the Porsche Roof Transport system. I don't want the models from Willwood that attach to the back, I want something that is compatible with the official Porsche RTS. My car is a 2001 986 and I'm taking a trip to St. Louis in October, and hope to have something by then. Thanks and take care,
