new top?

silverboxter Registered User Join Date: Sep 2006 Location: so cal Posts: 202	new top? just got my wife's 2002 s model 3 weeks ago. very nice looking/driving box. it looks like it just had the top replaced. however, it seems like it fits really tight. the motor sounds kinda loud (compared to my 2001 base box). if it is stored overnight with the top down, it won't close completely without help. does a new top come naturally tight?...does it need to be stretched out?...or is the motor/cable failing? any similar experiences?
