Help for a potential new Boxster owner...

Hello,

I am in the market for a used Boxster.

In my pursuit of finding the perfect vehicle, I came across the following listing on eBay for a 1997 Boxster being sold by a Virginia Jeep dealer:

Within the listing, there is a link to the free CarFax report.

What concerns me is that in May of 02, May of 03, May of 06 and March of 07 the steering/suspension was apparently lubed.

Is this a cause for concern and possibly indicative of potential significant problem?

Are there any other red flags that jump out either in the listing or CarFax report?
