Looking to Buy 2000 Boxster S

Looking to buy a 2000 Boxster Type S, with 56000 miles with sports packgage, 6 speed and one owner. Guy is asking $25,000 firm. Do you think this is a good price? Should I go for it or look around still?

Need an advice, I know milage is high, but price looks good and car looks in a great shape (got all the service records).
