Paint protection Chicago area

Has anyone used Rick Anstadt of Body-skin, Inc. to install the 3M paint protection kits he offers? If so how did it turn out? Thanks.

Once you apply this paint protection can you still wax the car to give it a higher gloss or shine? Or are you married to the level of shine that this coating provides?
