Help! Is this a good deal?

Hi all. I really need your collective wisdom. I just found a 2005 CPO Boxster S on a dealer lot with 9,100 miles. Asking is $ 49,900 but I think I can get it for $ 45,000. It is the custom GT Silver Metallic, full leather, Nav, remote CD, 19" Carrera S wheels, sport seats, Xenon, Bose & sport shifter. Original window sticker was $ 68,485. The car is PERFECT. CPO warrantee will give me 49 more months or 91,000 miles. I am currently blinded by love and need to know if this is a good deal in your opinion. It just hit the lot and may be gone by morning, so I think I need to act quickly. Your thoughts?

Thanks, Mike

Sounds like a really fun car, I don't think you would have any regrets.

Got it!! Thanks for your encouragement. I paid $ 46,000 in the end, but it is truly immaculate so I feel good about it. What a car!!! I'll post pics in a new post, but just wanted to thank you guys who helped me out with your opinions.

Yes, Hi Kabel. Saw your message on Miata.net . I'm a forum junkie. I follow a few watch forums, Triumph motorcycle forum, Miata.net and now here. I work on my computer, so it's easy to take a break and check into what's happening on the "boards". Great way to learn more about areas of interest and there are always alot of nice folks around.
