How cold does it have to be for something like that to be practical?

It gets really dry here in Chicago in the winter, bmuss, so you probably wouldn't need that. :cool:

Just use desiccants (sp?), they will keep the interior dry.

Hi,

Most likely unecessary and my main concern is that it may attract critters looking for a warm place to hibernate...
