How to remove instrument panel glass

I need to try and clean the inside glass on my speedometer glass (plastic) The previous owner had some protectant splatter on the inside.

Does anyone know how to properly remove the plastic lens?

If I need to replace the lense where I purchase them?

Thanx in advance for any info! 2000 Boxster S

Now I'm wondering how to get into the gauges to change the amber LEDs to blue... :)

My question is this: After you get the pod off, do the lenses come out?

My tach lens is skewed slightly so my polarized sun glasses make it hard to see the outside temp. If I tilt my head about 15-20 degrees, I can see it.

I'd like to be able to align the center lens like the other two.
