I bought a silver gauge dial instrument cluster from a certain online auction seller who advertised as fits all non-S Boxster 97-04. Once I received, I noticed that the instrument indicator lights do not match the location of my current lights. I am thinking that instrument clusters are not interchangeable for all years? Part no. on the back of this cluster is: 986.641.103.05 I have a 2002 base. Need answer quickly so I can send back to seller if it does not fit my model year. It is in great shape though . Thanks.
