sweet man, looks great
now for some red calipers |
Nah, stick with black.
1. It's not an S, why bother? Paint 'em white if you really wanna be cool. :) 2. Red calipers are a pain to keep clean, I've discovered. 3. I think your car looks hot in black and white. |
Thats a hot combo, I love the vents, the rims and white boxsters!

hilarious griz....as soon as I posted the pics, I thought man I need some calipers....I love the red look but I think eslai is onto to something big here with the white idea...white calipers and red letters......hmmmmm.....
aside from that the only mod left to go is the RUF conversion.....haha....I wish!!!!! |
Very nice! Are those 18"s or 19"s??
|
Looks great! Now you just need to change/update your avatar.

1. If you're going to paint your calipers, white would be cooler than red. 2. Painted calipers are a pain to keep clean, I've discovered. If he leaves 'em black (or just bare metal like on most cars) he doesn't have to care about cleaning the calipers. But, if he's going to do it, I say he might as well go with white calipers with "PORSCHE" on them. That'd look hot. Although I think the lettering should be in black, not red. |

The first Porsche to sport big reds was a 964 Turbo so its more of a Turbo thing than a BoxsterS thing. Red is nice mmm maybe RS Orange? |
Cayman side vents on a Boxster are growing on me...
|
FINALLY!! The sad part is the pictures aren't coming up on my work computer. This is a regular problem with this piece of crap computer. I will pull up this post when I get home and add some comments. Just glad to see you finally posted some pics.

dr burton that is hysterical....all this time and the pics won't comeup for you :D at work..... black letters on white calipers....I'm going to owe you a royalty check if I go through with it eslai....one big reason I might....the black calipers got cloudy and faded the first time I used rim cleaner on my wheels....I guess calipers don't like rim cleaner over spray |

It's all really lame though seeing as how the calipers are the same on a Boxster and the Boxster S though, isn't it? They're just painted different colors from what I can tell. The Boxster S has bigger rotors, and that's all. |

As for Cayman side vents, I have a set at home that I bought off eBay but I haven't put them on. I thought they were going to be GT Silver, as the auction said that they were silver. They came out to be Seal Grey. My car's Seal Grey but I wanted to retain a contrast.... |
Ok, I can see the pics now. Looks great. Some color on the calibers would be cool though.
I think the Carrera Classics make a big difference in the overall look. I do like the white vents too. Nice :D |
Looks nice! I'd go with glossy black calipers and lower that puppy an inch. :]

i still think red would look nice on red, with colored centercaps. but the car looks very nice either way, we can agree on that hehe |
