The gloss enhancer is just a final product. There are tons of products by 3M available to the collision and detail world that would be fine... ie polishes, compounds, etc.

Let the shop use whatever works for them and their paint system. The 3m gloss enhancer is just a little treat for you until you can use the FK425! It works wonders for dark colored vehicles.
