Paintless Dent removal

Just wondering what peoples experiences have been in getting dings taken out with this process. My black box had two removed yesterday. There is a tiny mark where the dings were removed but may be due to the very noticeable black paint. Also for a hood crease, where someone closed the hood with too much force, the tech actually created/ hammered a ding to repair it along with the crease-strange. Cost me $80.

I have seen some pretty amazing results form good PDR guys. $80, thats cheap. Typical cost around here is $100 minimum per panel.

I had three minor dings, two on the door and one on the rear fin, the estimates were $65 per ding from one shop and $75 per ding from another. I ended up getting lucky and the body shop that was installing my rear bumper ended up just throwing pdr work in for free. The work itself was excellent and I can't tell where the dings were.

I agree that it probably depends on the skill of the ding remover.....
